We perfectly pipe our original cheesecake recipe between two chocolate chip graham-style cookies to create this specialty dessert. Also, when frozen, you can enjoy this sweet treat just like an ice cream sandwich. By the way, this dessert of ours became world-famous after being featured on the Food Network's Great American Food Finds.
Cheesecake on a Stick
From birthday celebrations to graduation parties, our cheesecake on a stick helps to make special occasions extra festive and fun. We sell a DIY kit at our storefront market that includes the supplies needed to make this delicious dessert. We can even custom blend sprinkle mixes to match school colors. It is definitely a fun activity for all ages!
Apple Crumb Pie
Want to offer a delicious dessert during backyard barbecues this summer? If so, our award-winning apple crumb pie is a crowd-pleaser. Each pie is perfectly layered with Granny Smith apples and topped with a sweet, buttery crumb that adds extra flavor and texture to this delicious dessert. When we take our dessert truck on the road, we make an apple pie à la mode (see recipe below) with our apple crumb pie. Maddalena's Apple Pie à la Mode
To start, you will need our apple crumb pie, your favorite vanilla ice cream, and a decadent caramel sauce. When you are ready to serve, warm up our apple crumb pie and line up small bowls. From there, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each dish, then a serving of our apple crumb pie overtop. Finish this sweet masterpiece with a caramel drizzle and strawberry accent.
